The rooms were clean and neatly maintained...the staff were good and the location bit far from Varkala but it is near to many other tourist places. Since I am a vegetarian, there was a pure veg restaurant near to our stay which was quite good. Overall the stay was good.

Only AC rooms has water heater facility and the non AC doesn't have it but there is a kettle to make water heat incase if you need it. May be they should provide heater there as well.
