Lovely 2-Bedroom Rental with Parking Zodiak Stays

Location is perfect for an event at Eden Park. Clean and tidy place and rather peaceful for a busy location.

Shower head was terrible! Almost like someone had drilled holes in the head so water came out in a clump

It's marketed as a place to stay. But then they make you sign all these rental agreements and provide your ID. It's run by people who don't speak English so the communication was terrible. Following staying there they then tried to charge us for a stain on the couch which was already there and they could have just cleaned....it's borderline a scam with them trying to charge extra. Avoid at all costs and stay somewhere else without the hassle and stress of them taking advantage.

It was close to eden park, we had a concert there, and was very close to supermarket. Bed was comfortable enough

The property could do with redecorating eg. Paint job was pretty bad, grout for backsplash in kitchen was practically missing. The curtains and netting in the bedroom were on one track so we couldn’t shut the curtains properly. We ended up having to remove the netting. The shower drain was extremely blocked to the point that the shower overflowed. When we called the property manager they were hard to get through to on the phone and didn’t always answer. They didn’t send someone to unblock the drain until around 4pm the following day and only after we called multiple times. The walls are thin, we could hear the upstairs tenants yelling and arguing and playing loud music at night time

This flat is awesome, the location is perfect we were there for almost one week, with two kids (1yo and 6yo), there is playground nearby, and the bus station was really close.
