"Comfy and peaceful for our short overnight stay."

Location was easy to find (although a narrow walk past the boat, we were informed on this beforehand through the check-in instructions so knew what to expect and wasn’t a problem for us). Beds were very comfy. Great shower. Nice courtyard to relax in. Quiet and peaceful. Reasonably priced for our one nights stay. Friendly pet dog (we called & welcomed to us). Had all the basics we needed. Would stay again.

Nothing really?…needing to leave your car on the road and walking a short way down to the accommodation might be an issue for some people. But seemed like a quiet neighbourhood and we were fine with it.

Definitely needs some soundproofing as you can hear everything that goes on upstairs which was making me a little bit paranoid because I felt like if I can hear them they can hear me my son cried a couple of times and hopefully we didn't wake them up on our early departure but we only stayed the nights so wasn't too bad the path from the main street to the studio is very narrow so if you have a suitcase plus extra bags it's going to be hard to access the studio. Thank goodness I had my dad with me I would have totally struggle getting past the boat. There was a doggy smell to the studio and not sure if it was mould or just damp I was smelling in the air but staying at this location was good enough for the price and we found it easy to access the hospital and the City.
