Wonderful Apt in CBD Neighbourhood I Zodiak Stays

Location was excellent. The balcony and view was great. The apartment had plenty of room.

Some of the carpet was stained and worn. Nice apartment but the furnishings and presentation needed an update and care put into how the overall the apartment looked.

Location was good. Check in process was simple.

One of the beds was very low to the ground, so low that anyone with back or knee problems would struggle. Said bed was exceptionally uncomfortable as the slats in the bed were not secured and kept falling through. The blind in the room looked like an old tattered quilt cover that had been cut up, it was not secure to the window frame. The TV was not a flat screen as listed nor did it have access to any streaming channels, upon mentioning this it took 24 hrs and a whole bunch of photos to get anything actioned. The coffee table in the loungeroom was broken. Also during our stay the internet subscription expired, this was another long wait to rectify. All in all the place is poorly managed and maintained and evidently little care put into the facilities. Photos attached for above mentioned and everything mentioned was also raised with the property.

- Nice little spot for my family. - Liked the feel of it being a home away from home.

- No air con in main area - would've been nice to have some air flow without having sliding door wide open and hearing all the outside noise. - Bedroom near bathroom: bed was comfortable but very low. Made it bit difficult to get up in middle of night and mornings. - Bedroom with sliding door nice, but got very stuffy as no windows and only able to keep door open during the day when home. - Minimal area for luggage/unpacking, especially for stays longer than 2 nights etc.

Very private didn’t hear your neighbours, had absolutely everything you required was fantastic.

Other motels blocking the good views 😂. Still have great views though.
