Avalon Studio. Comfy well equipped cosy studio.

Great location close to town. Property was spacious with a small kitchenette and lounge.

Some of the smaller details were not very clean eg. remote control. If you’re extra particular I would recommend bringing some wipes.

Had everything you would need from a studio.

Had an interaction with the owner in which he came across very rude and almost confortational which made the stay tense as the studio is attached to his home. The walls are also very thin and its common to hear the owner speaking through the walls which make speaking to people and listening to tv out loud feel awkward.

Clean and very comfortable, clearly looked after and the milk and cereal was a lovely touch.

If you're very sensitive to sound like me I would consider going somewhere else. Someone (the owner?) sleeps above and I was woken repeatedly through the night by them getting up. At 2am, 3am, then twice again before 6am. My partner can sleep through a fire alarm so he didn't notice or mind at all. The place is really well equipped but booking.com says it has toiletries. There's no shower gel or soap for showers, so bring some!

Bit noisy from next door. Could do with some soundproofing.

- one morning without HOT Water - EVERY single COLD 🥶 Morning ( radiators were switched off after 9 PM - unacceptable in the place where you mainly coming to explore Mountains!) and throughout the day well overheated 🥵 - NO Kitchen Hood which together with very sensitive Smoke Alarms brings us to unexpected FIRE ALARMS every time when try to double toasted bread (happens twiced) - Not proper mirror in a bathroom (hard to shave yourself) and doggy shower doors - VERY complicated usage of Telly - uncomfortable sofa - lack of space to dry your clothes - would be nice to have a little freezer - no shower gel - far distance to Town

Apartment was clean

The only thing we did not like was the bed. Matress would need replacement
