Location of the apartment and pricing. Host was kind enough to bring a fan as it was very warm in summer

Sofa bed was not clean and thee is not enough ventilation to to have fresh air and it could get smelly if you close the windows. Windows open, there may be mosquitoes coming. There was also no dishwasher as stated

"Modern apartment and a quiet area."

Quiet location equipped so that you feel in your own home with a parking space and everything necessary around. The owner is kind and willing to help at any time. For us it was a perfect location.
