Оооочень удачное расположение, собственный доступ к морю. Слева в 100 метрах имеется пляжик со входом с берега,в 5ти минутах ходьбы от виллы. На вилле есть всё необходимое, всё как на фото! До Палермо ехать 45 минут, до Чефалу около часа!

Tolle Terasse mit Meersicht. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Ruhige Lage (ausser das Rauschen des Meeres). Drei Parkplätze innerhalb des Geländes.

Zugang über steile und enge Treppen (mit Koffer nicht praktisch).

"Ubytování s báječným výhledem, klidem a pohodlím."

Fantastické místo. Krásně zařízený apartmán se vším co je během pobytu potřeba. Parkování zdarma v areálu. Přímý přístup do moře, množství slunečních teras s lehátky, soukromí, pohodlí, bazén s výhledem na moře... Neuvěřitelné západy slunce. Opravdu báječné místo. Velice příjemná komunikace s hostitelem. Největším benefitem je absolutní klid a soukromí. Výhodou je i poloha - nádraží je nedaleko a vlakem jste v centru Palerma za 14 minut. Absolutní spokojenost.

"MAGNIFIQUE"

La vue est juste......Waouh !!!!!!! L'appartement CIEL est très spacieux et l'une des chambres donne directement sur la terrasse! La terrasse est grande et la piscine sur le toit, bien que pas très grande, est très appréciée lors des grandes chaleurs d'été. L'accès direct via un petit escalier à une crique rocheuse est un vrai plus (prévoir des chaussures de mer pour remonter sur les rochers après s'être baigné. Mais le vrai plus reste la vue.... PARADISIAQUE.

Le parking.... 3 places pour 4 appartements. Parking très étroit difficile de manœuvrer et surtout le manque de place, si bien que l'un des résident s'est garé en plein milieu du passage une nuit : Impossible de partir le lendemain matin.

"Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Palermo."

Der Ausblick ist fantastisch.

Das Parken auf dem Gelände ist anstrengend, da es Bergab geht und weniger Stellplätze als Wohnungen bestehen. Hat aber alles gut geklappt und keine Kratzer am Auto sind entstanden.

Amazing villa, breathtaking view.We did not want to leave.

Bed in one of the bedrooms could have been more comfortable, but this did not ruin the overall experience.
