The room looks like in the photos. It is clean and the furniture is good. There is a working kitchen, a washing machine and air conditioning. There is a tram and a bus stop right outside the building and you can reach the city center in minutes. The staff was super helpful and accomodating. There is free parking.

The elvator is a bit ancient, though we had no problems with it regarding function. The parking spaces are a bit tight and they have small metal posts on the side, which make parking with a large vehicle a bit challenging. It's definitely doable, but it would be much easier if the posts were removed since they serve no actual purpose.
