It was super clean and it had everything we needed, including extra blankets. The host was super nice and helpful!

There were dead insects in the staircase leading to the apartment and in the hallway, but that wasn’t the host’s fault!

Snezana is an excellent hostess, she met us on arrival, explained everything and took care of required registration. Polite, accommodating, helpful, down to business and there when we had questions. Apartment was perfect for our short stay, it is thought through in terms of comfort and convenience of everything and was equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. Quiet street, but short walk from Belgrade city centre and amazing park and zoo (we were totally impressed and would highly recommend visiting) We would certainly stay again at Evergreen (ps: the green colours were actually very pleasant)

The apartment was amazing, it was clean and all the forniture was in perfect conditiion. The location of the apartment is perfect in town. And the host Snežana is a great host Always helping with the booking before doing the check in and during our stay

It is a very clean, cozy and comfortable place with everything I needed to feel as at home. It is located very close to the city center, but in a quite street and noone and nothing bothered me. Also there are a lot of great cafes, bars and restaurants in that area + 24/7 Maxi in 5 minutes by walking. The apartment has a small balcony with a pleasant view of the greenery street and I really enjoyed it. Snezana is excellent host, very friendly and helpfull. Communication was very easy. + my thanks for welcome-drinks:) I highly recommend this place!

There is no elevator in the building. It was not a problem for me, but take it into account if it's important for you.
