The staff were very responsive and friendly. They waited to let us in, even though we were stuck in the border and late for 1-2 hours. There was a place in the garden behind the gates to park the car.

The arrangement of the room is very weird. The sofa in the living area could sleep one person and there was another single bed in the kitchen area. The kitchen and all the utensils are very old and not inviting to use any of them at all. The room had a very strong tobacco smell and was not clean. There were no spare bed sheets and pillows. In summary, there are a lot of areas to improve the room. It was not a very comfortable stay and I really don't understand the previous positive ratings at all. My recommendation is that the owners spend a little bit effort and money to make the room and experience better for the visitors.

There is a great balcony with table and chairs, where you can relax. Nice, secure parking lot with access into/from the building. Everything was clean, and there were sufficient amounts of all items you may need (plates, dishes, utensils...). Comfy bed, nice bathroom and equipped kitchen. The host communicated in good English, in timely manner and everything was as we agreed prior to our arrival, which was late in the night.

The place was nice and cozy. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. Really positive people. It was perfect for a group of friends and had everything we needed.
