Ideal for one person. Everything you need, the owner is great. The location is great, you have shops, restaurants and take-out close by. Everything is clean and functional.

Property is good, clean and comfortable. Everything works. Air conditioning works without any problems. Couch is big and soft.

This is just my subjective comment: This old frying pan should be renewed. (Teflon coverage is gone and handle is lack) Also it’s igonna be a nice idea to install curtains onto the kitchen’s windows. 😉 (People from the outside can see everything what’s happening inside, through the kitchen’s windows. (For example if you walk from the bathroom to the bedroom)

The apartment is the same as it is shown on the fotos. Elena is always in touch and ready to help you and there is everything you need for a stay. I have chosen this apartment because of the location, it is awesome.

the location is good.

the host might say that it is a cheap version and one receives according to the paid money. however, it is not worthy 30€ per day.. The bed shit is super small, not appropriate for the size of the sofa. the bathroom was dirty, everywhere dust. The bathroom is tiny, anyway, it is not a problem for 1-2 days. The worse is that we found only one toilet paper roll and when we run out of it and asked the host where could we find more rolls, we were answered that we go to the shop and buy since she is out…. Why should I bear costs if I am supposed to find it in the apartment?!! please, note that to improve your service :)
