Spacious and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and sofa for watching tv.

Teething problems. The key box was difficult to open. There was no internet for hours until it got fixed. The hot water took a while to heat up. There were no toiletries which I believe is a basic. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap. The kitchen didn’t have a kettle and they didn’t even provide coffee, tea, milk. For the price, and just because it is what you expect when you book anywhere, they should have. A simple gesture makes such a difference to guests. The location was central but it was down a dodgy street with some people hanging around who made me feel unsafe. The building is old and needs better lighting and painting. The entrance to the apartment was dingy and my family felt uncomfortable and unsafe (although I was fine so it depends on your experiences). Unfortunately there was a general negative feeling and my son was shoved quite aggressively out of the front door by an elderly man (resident) when he was waiting for his dad. We think they know it’s rented out and don’t like strangers which is understandable but I don’t expect aggression toward my child.

The hosts were really helpful and kind. They ensured that we had a good time at the property. They cooperated with us when we had to check-in and check-out both later than expected. The location was the best.

Although the flat was renovated, but the building itself was a bit too old, specially the lift. The boiler is not useful if you usually need at least 30 minutes for taking a shower.

Dont be put off by the communal stairs The lift broke a few days in not an issue as we were more than able to use the stairs up 4 flights but it was difficult leaving with heavy suit cases

The location is near Knez Mihajlova Street and the square. Beautiful apartment, comfortable, clean. It met all my expectations. Any recommendation for this accommodation. The hosts are friendly.
