New garden Condo

We couldn't check in until 2 am due to the flight, but the owner was excellent and ensured there was someone there to greet us . Very friendly and excellent service

The location was good, but the apartments were not signposted, so we struggled to find them. I would suggest better signage. However, I can't fault the owner who helped us The only other thing to be mindful of is that there are no beds and only a couch and a sofa bed . This wasn't an issue as we were only there for 1 night.

The people who welcome you are nice. The location is good, and has good public transportation lines towards the city centre. It's a new resident complex so most of the spaces around are new and clean. The apartment has good wifi, a lot of daylight, most of the appliances needed for a shorter stay.

The bed, when extended, is not comfortable for two people to sleep. One of the parts is lower than the rest, so you can end up not well rested in the morning. It's not perfectly clean. Kitchen partially greasy. There is no kitchenware dryer. (I'm pertaining here to a simple metal/plastic stand for drying). Some lights are blinking, some not working (the main one in the bathroom). The main light is "white" colour, so in the evening it doesn't make a cozy atmosphere. (This is just my preference and maybe an advice to the host to perhaps change to old school "yellow".)
