Lokacija je odlična zbog blizine prodavnica i centra Ripnja. Higijena u objektu je dobra.

Ne želim da me vlasnici dočekuju niti obilaze niti uznemiravaju na bilo koji način. Smatram da za time nema potrebe. U slučaju potrebe svakako imamo broj telefona. Nije mi se dopalo to što nema komarnika na prozorima i vratima, tako da smo imali neprijatna iskustva sa skakavcima, muvama, lepitrima, osama, smatram da je ovo jako važno. Ne želim na odmoru ništa da me uznemirava. Nije mi se dopalo to što su na placu pored dva repetitora za internet. Prvo zbog zračenja a drugo zbog konstantnog huka koji se čuje, a realno došla sam zbog mira i tišine na odmor. Bazen bi trebalo natkriti preko noći, zato što se stalno moraju skupljati ose, muve koje upadaju u bazen.
