The apartment exceeded my expectations. It is large, comfortable, quiet and has all the necessary supplies/amenities as well as a balcony overlooking a pretty square. Excellent location in the old town within walking distance to the important sights, tourist office, eateries, grocery stores, shopping etc. The host Dusan, is an excellent communicator and speaks perfect English. He booked a 4am airport taxi for me which was an enormous help. I highly recommend Obilic for a cost efficient stay in Belgrade.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable

The location is perfect - the surrounding area seemed quiet and safe, all the main touristic sites are at a short walking distance, there's a non-stop supermarket nearby. The price of the stay was reasonable. Dušan is a very welcoming English-speaking host. We felt like at home. There's a great balcony view - perfect for a morning coffee and breakfast or for enjoying the sunset. The wi-fi signal was strong, so the internet was very fast. I recommend the place and I would come back. Thank you, Dušan!

I wish there was a net against flies and mosquitoes on some of the windows or on the balcony door, so we could keep the windows open at night without letting insects in. There was also a little bit of noise at night coming from the street, when I slept in the living room even with all the windows shut. However, it didn't bother me much to fall asleep as I was tired from walking a lot in the daytime. It's kind of weird that in order to get to the bathroom you have to go through the kitchen, but for us it wasn't a big deal. For me personally, it's a minus that the stay can be paid only in cash. At check-in the host asked us to take photos of our documents, which I found absolutely unnecessary. If Dušan improves on the things I mentioned, it would be 10/10 rating.

Apartment was very spacious in general and had a great location.

The shower was small and the air con unit was in the living area, so the bedroom didn't cool too well. There was a fan in the bedroom to help, however.

Location perfect in the very center of the city. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. Nice balcony. Lots of space. No noise from neighbours. Nice bed. Very friendly host. Reasonable priced.
