Although our host failed to let us in in the object, he offered alternative accommodation but was too far away from the location. Also, he offered information on where to look for other accommodation.

Our host was aware of a burst pipe hours before we arrived. He notified us 3 minutes before we arrived that we could not enter even to leave our things and prepare for our meeting. If he notified us earlier, we could have had less trouble reorganizing. But, with 3 minutes notice, we lost time looking for another place to stay. We were almost late for a meeting despite arriving hours earlier. When asked about parking options, there was no interest in helping us. Our host said that if we don't find parking on the street - there are two public garages. That is not so helpful as this is quite a dense area, having free parking available only if you are lucky. Additionally, we are aware of public garages which are extremely expensive - over the price of accommodation for the time we stay.

Everything was extremely shabby! Bathroom is dirty and smells terrible, washing machine dirty etc. Everything is wet, you can feel your self in old cellar!!! I paid for two nights but I decided to move to another place after first night!!!
