Max Apartment

Had washing machine and foldable drying rack.

- Serious breach of security when we did a self check-in. We followed check-in instructions to a tee but when we got into the apartment, the only way to lock from inside is with the key we opened door with. However, we could not lock it as the owner apparently informed us incorrectly about the key set which was meant for the other apartment she owns. She also could not understand how we got into apartment (?) with the keys that were meant for the other apartment. This meant that regardless which set of keys we took from the main road (code was just a number scroll lock), we could unlock the common main door shared by other units and also open the 2 apartments (we presume) owned by owner. We felt very uncomfortable with this fact. She did not put us at ease nor show up to rectify the problem. Throughout this episode there was no apology and we spent 4 nights wondering if anyone would come in. There was no face contact throughout our 4 night stay. - Slow to respond - Steep 3 flights of stairs to top of apartment in the attic - Property is 1km/17min walk downhill to centre of town (and uphill back), was tiring to walk back after a long day and even though we had a car, it was expensive to park in town. - Better restaurants are in historic centre or 15min drive out but windy, narrow and dark roads driving back. - Place had many insects and insect-webs, hanging dust clumps in apartment and balcony (pity we didn’t sit outside as it was not comfy clean) - Helpful to have hand towel in bathroom - Bed is soft and the single pillows were so flat that it needs a change. Overall, not value for money.

This apartment is a gem in Bellagio! The views from the kitchen and balcony are just outstanding! It has all the amenities one would need.

Standard of cleaning, upholstery etc , could be improved.

Very cozy , clean and has a great view. A bit far from main part of village, but very nice road to walk there every time.

A bit hard to get heavy luggage upstairs Cold floor inside the flat , but it’s nothing

It was perfect stay ! The place is really big and clean and its got everything you might need. Views were amazing 👌

The apartment is beautiful and has all the latest appliances. The bed was comfortable and the unit was very spacious. The location is superb and the views are awesome. The place was clean and Martina gave very good instructions for checking in and is available on a quick call if required.

Little things really and after mentioning these to Martina, I’m sure she has already looked into it, I found there were only 2 drinking glasses and some additional bed linen like blankets for colder nights.

The apartment is in an exceptional position overlooking the lake. It's a very generous size, much bigger than we were expecting. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It's just a 10 min walk into Bellagio centre, and there is a great pool at the end of the road - Sporting Bellagio, and an excellent supermarket just 10 minutes walk away. There are also great bars and local restaurants to visit on the walk into town.
