The location, overall ambience, swimming pool and also restaurant

Bathroom was clean but stinking so badly all the time, so much so that it was not possible to stay even for a minute .

Close to the beaches in south Goa. Design and look of the accommodation is nice. Swimming pool was great. Breakfast is good.

Quite a commute to visit north Goa.
