Everything, the whole experience was terrible. Check in was a nightmare, not a single word of English spoken by the host. Kept asking for money, deposit and then more money on check out. Ended up having a big dispute for approx 3hrs trying to use google translate. Avoid at all cost. Didn’t even stay at the property as we couldn’t get any sense. Stayed somewhere else at even more cost, worst experience in Benidorm after visiting for years.
