Absolutely nothing everything was perfect

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful property, perfectly situated for exploring everything North Devon has to offer. The apartment is finished to an exceptionally high standard, with every detail thoughtfully considered to create a space that’s both stylish and incredibly comfortable. Gabby was an outstanding hostess warm, welcoming, and full of brilliant local recommendations. Her tips on restaurants and places to visit really enhanced our trip. The welcome touches were lovely. The apartment was spotless, freshly decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, from soft bathrobes to a really helpful folder packed with information on local walks, attractions, and practical details. The village itself is charming, with a shop and a pub just a short stroll away. We especially enjoyed our visits to the pub. A truly memorable Easter weekend in North Devon.

The self contained apartment was pleasant and very well set out with everything you could possibly need plus more. Added bonus, an outside area which was very private that you could sit out and have a glass of wine/cup of tea. The location was very close (4 mins walk) to an amazing pub called the the farmers arms which we tried and was very impressed, and a village shop. Arrived to a lovely lemon cake, fresh milk and treats/toy for our dog which was so unexpected.

Fantastic place I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back great use of space and bed was super comfy and was definitely a hit with the dog feeling like home for him!

Couldn't have asked for anything more. The apartment had everything you could need. Great location. Gabby went out of her way to be helpful and was a lovely host. Would highly recommend.

Clean, tidy and well presented. A very comfortable and cosy retreat

Nothing at all to dislike

Property was really nice and had everything you’d need. Nice touch of a toy, bowls, ball & poo bags for my dog. And a nice selection of hot drinks, milk & a cake. Had a lovely stay spent more time indoors as planned due to rain
