Beau séjour à la campagne. Bien situé. Très belle piscine. Barbara a été une hôte exceptionnelle. Nous a recommandé différentes activités intéressantes.

Es ist einfach wunderschön , Ruhig und echt super. Barbara ist super nett , und bei Problemen immer Hilfsbereit. Ausflüge nach Parna, Mantua oder Bologna sind von hier aus echt empfehlenswert. Es ist alles in der Wohnung was man braucht vorhanden. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne und ruhige Urlaubswoche.

Everything was exactly as pictured - beautiful settings and atmosphere. Pool area is lovely (and not cold!). Apartment was comfortable and well equipped (air conditioning was great too), the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful. Also brilliant were the two great restaurants within a very short walk. I would love to come back.

We liked everything- perhaps some plastic cups to take down to the pool area that were in the apartment? We would have easily obtained these though.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft in der kleinen Ortschaft Barco. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, das man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat uns neben dem schönen Empfang bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen. Der Garten ist wunderbar angelegt und der Pool hervorragend für die eine oder andere Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Der Ort Barco ist zwar klein, hat aber alles, was man so im Alltag braucht (eine kleine Bäckerei mit italienischen Spezialitäten, ein sehr gutes Restaurant nebenan, eine Eisdiele mit sehr gutem Eis, mehrere Supermärkte,...). Man kann von dort aber auch einfach die touristischen Ziele und sehenswerte Städte und natürlich auch Automuseen (Ferrari, Pagani, Lamborghini) erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Very cosy Appartements in the wider area of Modena , in the land of Canossa. Appartement with everything you need for a nice stay , incl nice garden with pool. You need a car as there a some distance to next best location .

Size Air conditions in the bedrooms

False marketing: It was clearly announced by Booking.com that the apartment has air condition. We discovered that only the bedroom are provided with air conditions VERY POOR internet connection: The apartment has a very poor internet connection POOR CLEANING: it was not clean (spiderweb all over the place) SAFET: Moreover safety-wise: the sockets were behind the pillows

Lots of space in a very well maintained apartment. Spacious garden and nice pool. Also enjoyed the Billard table. Host (Barbara) is very welcoming, friendly and helps with tips for the region.
