Location, perfect sea views, amenities, friendliness of host. Having stayed in Benidorm a few times I was slightly concerned about possible noise as the apartment is in a block right behind Tiki Beach which is one of the noisier bars in Benidorm. I need not have worried as the bar was reasonably quiet, yes some music playing but equally noise from other bars, passers by, vehicles etc plus people on the street and beach all chattering away. Something and nothing really I mean just close the window if you find it too much, which I doubt, and put the air conditioner on :-)

the location was amazing

too early a time for check out finding the property was an issue. it would have been better to have been given the name of the building
