We traveled from Pretoria and encountered unavoidable delays due to a G20 related road closures and severe traffic congestion, As soon become apparent that out time would be affected, we acted acted responsibly and contacted the property owner to advice them of the delay.During this communication, the revised the arrival time was acknowledged, and confirmation, was given was given and understood and acceptable. Despite this, we were met with a tense unwelcoming atmosphere, The owner expressed dissatisfaction and complained that our arrival was past his bedtime, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This behavior was unacceptable, particularly given that delay was communicated and beyond our control, as a paying guests we expected basic courtesy and professionalism.had an alternative accommodation option been available, we would left immediately.

The personal touches, cleanliness and size of apartment. The hosts were amazing

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had such a wonderful stay. Pete met us to hand over the keys, such a nice man. Very friendly and helpful. Ther garden was stunning and so well-manicured, a feast for the eyes and senses. It enhances the experience of staying at 4 on Verbena.
