"Excellent bang for your buck, conveniently located to shops and jetty"

Everything was really clean and conveniently located a short walk from the shops. Also liked the parking situation, because our car didn’t fit in the garage there was still a space for it next to the place.

The aircon in the kitchen didn’t reach the rooms so the rooms got very hot at night.

Location was great as only minutes from Third Ave where we were visiting a sick relative. Beds were great and comfy. Short walk down First Ave to all village cafe facilities. Close to great walks along the beautiful passage. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Found the lounge room floor rug not only to be a trip hazard but also rather grubby and in need of a clean. Kitchen hot/ cold water mixer in need of tightening as very loose at the connection.

We liked the location, close to the shops and the beach. The home is clean, it was a great home base for our family.

The apartment was warm when we first arrived; It took awhile to cool the place when we first arrived.

"Great location, well set out and maintained house."

At just two streets back from the main road, a short walk to a small strip of shops with cafes, bakery, ice cream, fish and chips, restaurant, with a lovely long flat walk along the ocean passage with sandy spots to swim and trees and barbies to shade and picnic. A three minute drive from the house to IGA supermarket and bottle shop. House was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a small family. Bath for the kids was good. Good local information folder to reference places, activities, food and contact numbers.

We were there as two couple with kids, only one bathroom but not too much drama if you’re not in a hurry. Separate toilet which was good. No kitchen basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil. No probs if you’re prepared for that and bring them along.

Comfortable venue n close to foreshore and shops

A bit o a walk from Sandstone Point back in the rain after a gr8 concert. No public transport at 10pm. But the unit itself was gr8 no complaints
