Apartment in Borovets Gardens C17

Clean apartment and very polite owners. We had some issues that were resolved immediately.

The bed was not very comfortable

home from home very clean and tidy had everything you need - thank you

unfortunately when my son went to pull the shower spray out of its holder - it snapped off

the apartment itself was fully equipped, clean & tidy on arrival. the host for this apartment was very helpful & answered my messages straight away. the showers were powerful & hot

the staff on reception were not friendly & unhelpful. the swimming pool wasnt open & the spa only open on weekends. this was disappointing as it did not say this at the time of booking & we were not informed anything had changed after booking. i only found out through a friend who also stayed there in a different apartment. i did feel a bit misled as the fact it had a swimming pool was what swayed me to stay here.

Clean and large apartment with 4 comfortable beds. Kitchen is good + dining table for 6. It is close to the centre of Borovets. You can get there via short walk. Ideal for families and long stays.
