The serene environment, facilities, ambience, good for family, good neighbourhood, close to everything needed, cleanliness, beautiful views

Arrangement of the apartment, especially there's no living room. Sofa bed in the living room is better so you have the option of using it as living room and sleeping as well. Extra lock from inside the apartment is important.
