The location, the pool & the views were spectacular

The property was good however we had trouble locating it as there were 2 buildings & we had a Ken the wrong lift which was very confusing

The beds Get rid of those beds and put some decent ones in. To low and way to uncomfortable to the point of lack of sleep. Maybe more entertainment for the kids on tv like movie channels not a big one though Everything else

Perfect location close to QPAC. Beautiful view over the city. Comfortable beds Modern decor

We would have liked to park the car there before going to QPAC at 1pm but was not possible as needed a fob to get in. At check out we dropped keys in mailbox on level 1 but then could not go down to garage w elevator as we needed fob. Centre management telling us how he is not happy w short term rentals (as if this is our fault) as he needed to help us w elevator (using his fob). Maybe you should put in instructions to first get car out and then drop off keys. Maintenance needed; shower knob fell off on my sisters toe in ensuite bathroom! It’s totally lose. Cushions on outside hanging chair are ripped.

The location was perfect - the unit was clean and very comfortable.

The air conditioning not working properly in second bedroom air con vents were very dusty and dirty and also having to fine the key in a lock box located across the road with no letters or numbers made it difficult to find
