Spectacular Views of CBD by FV with Free Car Park

Very confusing check in message and why we had to go across the road to a random window with the lockbox attached to the metal bars. Also had issues with someone being in our car park that took ages to resolve. We walked in and first impressions were fine until you looked in corners where they just swept dirt. Inside pots and candles where someone has put condoms, cigarette butts and glow sticks i’m guessing from a party that wasn’t cleaned up properly. Under rugs/bed where i found so many stains. Also the hand towel was dirty. There was a layer of dust on everything including modem and air freshner. I sent all of the pictures to them and they sent back "Please understand the cleaner only can do regular cleaning daily not deep cleaning and sometimes can't take care everything." The couch was different and a lot smaller than the photos and the whole apartment was smaller than expected. i can only attach 4 pictures of how dirty the place was but ive got many more.

Good location and views

The apartment was not clean. Stains on the bed cover (including blood). Hair all over the floor. Mouldy dishwasher tablets and other people's rubbish in the cupboard. A broken blind in the bedroom that prevented you opening it, owner was aware of this as a note was attached to the blind, but didn't seem worried about fixing it. The living area had one small lounge that could not fit 2 people comfortably, fine if your on your own but not nice at all if there's two people. I informed the owner of the cleanliness issues on our departure, and he said he'll let the cleaning company know.

Thought I was booking with the motel not air bnb. Couch has big dirty stain covered by a towel. Struggled to understand hoste who rang after we had left saying they could not find the key after I had sent him a picture of it being returned. (Possible attempted scam for lost key) glad I took photo of the key being returned.
