They have a washing machine in the property and it would be great if they provided a dryer with it. They have clothes racks available for drying the clothes as an alternative.

The location on the main street was handy and there were no issues with parking

For us personally the beds were rather low A few more mugs would have made more efficient use of the dishwasher

I was a guest of this property during business trips between October and December, for more than 5 weeks in total... it almost became a second home :-) The apartment is warm and welcoming, with a good clean smell, and it is equipped with all comforts. In particular, staying for a long time, I appreciated that the kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to cook by your own. There is also a dishwasher (which was not listed in the booking.com description). In addition to sightseeing in Edinburgh, a short driving distance from Broxburn I recommend visiting the Falkirk Wheel on the Scottish Canals and, along the way, you can stop to admire up close the imposing sculptures of The Kelpies, also visible from the motorway.

Nice, spacious apartment, kind owner, who also made sure that the accommodation was heated by the time we got there due to the cold weather.
