The owner was good and the The bed The WiFi and the bathroom was good..every thing inside the house work..had trouble finding the house at the beginning..I would advice if more information is given about getting the key..because the neighborhood is full of homeless and you can loose your direction..so maybe a pic 📸 of the front of the house 🏠 keybox would be good..

The neighborhood is a disaster..homeless people are everywhere and even though I like the inside of the house I would not choose the location again..its not anybody's fault , but the location is very very bad place to be in..

The location was terrible (people doing drugs and fighting with each other and next to the building was red light district). I asked the owner for another copy of keys since we were two adults and he didn’t provide it and said to use the locker outside the building which for me was not as practical and safe as having keys. Towards the end of my trip also the hot water was not working. The price was cheap but not worth it!

The house inside was clean

No microwave and no TV

Exactly like the pictures, pretty, great WiFi, amazing natural lighting, bed comfortable enough, desk, multiple couches, nice kitchen, washing machine, etc. it’s literally right next to Bruxelles-Noord, which was very convenient if you wanna go around town and around the country.

No elevator, we had multiple big and heavy luggage, so that was definitely tiring. The area was definitely not the best whatsoever, we were explicitly told and based off reviews and past experience in the city we knew how it was. It was still not very bad for us, fortunately.

Everything was amazing. The location was close to where I needed to get and close to the city center. There were many restaurants around and interesting things to see. The apartment itself was amazing as well, clean, modern and well-kept.

I can't say there is anything that I didn't like. Everything was great!

Location was horrible and unsafe. Big groups of homeless / drunk / drug affected people all hanging around on the street all around the accommodation. Constant fighting and shouting from the people around the apartment all night. The apartment has a doorbell that can be rung from the street and is very loud inside when rung with no way of disconnecting it. The first night the doorbell was rung continuously from 8pm to 11pm so we couldn’t sleep or go outside because of the big groups of derelicts on the street. The second night it was rung again for about an hour. My girlfriend was terrified and we felt extremely unsafe staying here. We contacted the owner to call the police for us as we were not able to make direct phone calls being on traveller SIM cards. To which he didn’t. There was also no hot water to shower on the last night and then last morning.
