Cocoon - Duplex 3 chambres 140 m2

The host is super! They are very helpful and always with immediate response and support. The apartment is lovely and our family of 6 enjoyed the stay a lot. Location is very convenient, with supermarkets in 10mins walk, bus/ train/ tram stops just close-by.

If there is one thing to improve, I'd say the bed mattresses a bit soft though. :)

The apartment has several flights of narrow stairs and half without handrails. My mother couldn't stay in the same apartment as the rest of us because she can't climb. Should have a warning in the description. This is not a place for reduced mobility people. Also, the host asked cash deposit two days before our arrival, which is against booking.com rules. She threatened to withdraw money for an alleged stain on the kitchen floor after we left. Mattresses are horrible.

Very old apartment, shower did not work properly,Old furniture, 200€ deposit transfer asked 1 day before check in, code did not work ( and host not avaiable to answer the phone), dangerous neighborhood , definitely a place to avoid !!!!!

Nice and spacious apartment. Clean and have all that you need. Bedrooms upstairs and livin area on the first floor.

Looks much older than on the pictures. It's a bit disappointing to see it life. Mattresses are near very uncomfortable. It is about time to change them. Bit rough area, i wouldn't recomend to walk alone there in the night.

All things are clear and comfortable. The rooms are big enough. It is obvious that the landlord is a family with hygiene and aesthetic taste

The landlady is very nice, though we did not see the notification "washmachine should be told by guests to lanlord in advance and extra fee needed" so that we can't use washmachine durig our stay. After her explaination, we understood it. Another thing is it is better to have a dish washer.

The location was great. Although not city center, the metro was close and you could get into city center quickly. The amount of space, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although there is only one shower, with 5 guests we planned out that situation. There are some great restaurants nearby, specifically Les Trappistes!

I didn’t know the property was in the 2nd floor (3rd for USA) then another level to get to the bedrooms. I was ok with it, but my older mother had to take more time without a lift.

Really great place in a beautiful city. Large living room and 3 bedrooms. All rooms are well lit. The apartment also has good connection to the center and a nearby supermarket.

The entertainment system in the house could use some upgrade, especially the TV. However, we were outside mostly so we didn't need it.
