Location is very good, clean and clear in the apartment.

The stairs

There was no soap in the room. There was shampoo and shower gel, but there should have been soap as well.

Very good location, close to shops, park and restaurants.

Got into an argument because I had arranged an envelope delivery. Was told in negative terms that the apathotel is not a bpost point. I mentioned that having a reception one would assume they could accept envelopes and packages like in hotels and aparthotels. Also, our apartment was in a second floor with very narrow staircase and no elevator. Was difficult to manage with normal suitcase.

Value for money

Stairs up three floors, difficult with suitcase. Only drip coffee machine.

Very well located nearby Cinquantenaire Parc and Merode metro station, clean and quiet.

The hot water was not available some hours due to repairs but was fixed as informed.

Die Wohnung ist in einer guten, ruhigen Gegend, mit einer super Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel, alles war wie beschrieben. Die Ansprechpartner waren sehr hilfsbereit und total lieb. War ein super Aufenthalt.

Great location, easy entry even with late check-in, clean, neat, spacious

The shower water temperature was cool rather than warm. I could not make it hotter no matter how much I turned the nob. Maybe it's a Brussels thing. No ventilation in the restroom, which is odd.

The location is great, the apartments are big and have everything you need

You can hear literally everything from stairs to the next apartment or the steps in the top apartment. If it’s crowded the sounds are terrible. Kids crying and running all over the place

L'emplacement est idéal: très proche du métro Mérode et du parc du Cinquantenaire. L'appartement est spacieux, situé dans une rue calme et très propre.
