The stairs and low water pressure

The staff was very helpful. We needed an additional bed for one night and they accommodated us free of charge. The apartment was very well kept, the kitchen had all we needed, the bathroom was clean and the shower had excellent water pressure. The parking was excellent! Locked garage less than 100m from the property. The location was also great for our purpose and the neighbourhood was safe.

Nothing important, really, but the hot water took a while to get to the top floor where we stayed; I guess this cannot be helped. Just let the water run and wait a bit until you get in the shower.

Wonderful location and neighbourhood, recently renovated, clean, well equiped, smart small helping items provided (kitchen, bathroom), mini balcony, fan.

The Layout is really strange and provides huge kitchen space while the sofa is crunched in a corner under the roof and the bathroom door does not fully open (all planning-related avoidable nuisance), when I was there I had a terrible smell from the sink (dead animal somewhere?) - should be temporary but still reduced my rating.

Very conveniently located and clean. Had all the basic amenities you needed. Staff was very responsive

With climate change and Belgian summers getting hotter and hotter fans would be nice to have. I ended up asking for some and was provided with a standing fan.

Si tratta di un appartamento dotato di cucina, soggiorno, stanza da letto e bagno (wc in ambiente separato), più comodo forse per periodi più lunghi (la mia permanenza è stata di una sola notte).

Mancava l'aria condizionata ed era molto caldo. Appartamento al secondo piano con scale strette e ripide (con le valigie non proprio comodo). Molto caro ma purtroppo segue il trend di Bruxelles.
