I didn’t like how the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. Bathroom so small.

Location was like a slum dirty no lights and unsafe

Ño smoke alarm no fire extinguisher sockets hanging off wall unhelpful host No lock on window opened straight to electricity tram lines No iron no pictures on wall freezing cold ripped headboard intercom ripped off wall electricity box no cover really upset no one taking responsibility I would expect refund and compensation disgrace no one doing anything about this

I liked the room, the location is near Lidel and the bed is comfy. Shower small, and small roches running around, they have bug killer spray installed but hey,

Location was good, self check in

it was dirty and had cockroaches, bathroom was really tiny and the toilet was moving

We had to provide our own meals. There was only one cereal bowl between two people. Kettle handle was cracked so boiled water in a saucepan.

Electric double socket above kitchen tap cracked and dangerous so didn't use it. Mini oven dirty and nowhere to plug it in. Cold water in bathroom sink only. Shower very small, hand held but at least it was hot. Generally the whole flat needs repairs and redecorating.

The apartment is in a good location.

When we returned from dinner we found cockroaches on the walls, ceilling, and the bed. They were out during daylight hours. We immeditely left the apartment. While we were offered an alternative property it felt equally unkempt and we had lost all faith and trust in the property owners. Despite all the stress, inconvenience, and extra costs incurred, we were not offered a refund until we demanded one, and even then were only offerred a partial refund. Even so as of writing this review we still haven't received our refund. Also the stairs are tight, steep, and mouldy.

I am surprised that this place is listed in booking.com, the entrance of the building has a stinky smell and the room is full of cockroaches. I do not recommend at all Note: host did not accept to cancel the booking for the remaining nights despite knowing the pest issues.
