L'emplacement géographique, proche du métro, du Tram ainsi que du supermarché Carrefour. Le stationnement du véhicule était parfait car situé en face de la porte d'entrée du building. La propreté de l'appartement ainsi que les équipements. La facilité de récupérer et rendre les clés. L'insonorisation du logement malgré la proximité de l'autoroute.

Super clean and has all the necessary facilities. I also had a chance to meet the owners, who were lovely.

Passing by metro sound that is very close or even under the house. Might be a little annoying for sensitive people.
