A localização era excelente. O apartamento fica próximo de várias atrações e num sítio calmo. Está equipado com o indispensável.

Tratando-se de um rés-do-chão, a exposição ao ruído proveniente da via pública e das áreas de circulação do edifício era alguma, um aspecto a ter em conta para os mais sensíveis. De resto, tudo impecável.
