USThe location is exceptional. Right on the river, steps from the bus and trolley, a short walk to the metro, and a short walk to Raday street where a SPAR store and a plethora of restaurants can be found. Also, the apartment is spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you need. The host was very responsive when we asked questions.
There are a couple of appliances that require some special talent to utilize. The most critical of these is the water heater. It defaults to an ECO mode that will not provide enough hot water for multiple showers. There is a boost button that can be used to trigger it to get hotter, and if multiple people will be taking showers this needs to be activated an hour or so before. There is a minor issue with the door on the washing machine that requires care when using. The microwave, oven, and stove use some non-standard buttons that we found baffling but with the help of Google we were able to get these all to work.

ROI loved the location of the apartment very much. It was very close to everything that we needed (restaurants, stores, central market, tourist sites, Danube, subway, etc) Highly recommended. The apartment is very large, very well split and with very comfortable beds. The owner offered us all the necessary details in advance.
Not the case
GBApt was great, bedding was poor, no proper pillows, curtains missing, some shutters not working, air con in 2 bedrooms not working, lighting situation in entrance very poor, tiled flooring in toilet off kitchen loose and cracking. If these issues corrected it wld be worth 5 stars as beautifully decorated and fully equiped and the location is fantastic😁

HKEverything except for hot water supply. Great value for money. You can walk to many attraction in Budapest from the apartment especially close to Central Market.
The hot water supply system for bath should be enhanced. The electrical water heater is not big enough for all 6 guests to take hot bath at night.
