Little Americas Kiraly Street Apartments

The location of the apartment was good.

The apartment wasn’t clean. In the entrance there was cigarette ashes and stubs everywhere and even some on our door. Inside the apartment there was chunks of dust. not enough kitchen utensils for example if we wanted to drink coffee in the morning, we had to take turns and wait for each other, cause there was not enough cups. The water boiler for the bathroom was in the living room and it’s studio type duplex apartment, we couldn’t sleep normally cause of the boiler making noise at night. The washing machine was not working, and there were hygiene pads thrown behind it, you could see it if you were standing near, it’s not like we were checking every inch of the house to find minuses, so cleaner could freely see it too to at least throw them out. Towels weren’t clean they smelled. Apartment was cold, they didn’t have heating system that we could control from inside, as they said it was connected to the whole building and was set on certain temperature which was not enough and we had AC on which didn’t really help. The staff wasn’t really helpful on anything at all, just copy pasted answers that gave no useful information and showed no effort. There was noise as well there was people singing drinking and etc. but we were going to get fined for making noise after 21:00 or something. The police spent significant amounts of time in the building as well cause there were illegals living there. I’ve been in other apartments this company has and never had this kind of experience, but this one was disappointing.

Το δωμάτιο ειναι ακριβώς οπως οι φωτογραφίες! Άνετο, καθαρό, κοντά σε στάση μετρό. Οι οδηγίες του ιδιοκτήτη πολυ σωστές.

Súper adaptado, tenía de todo y estabas cerca de todos lados de la ciudad. Lo más lejos las termas que estaban a 30 min andando pero al lado del apartamento estaba el tren que te dejaba en la puerta de las termas por menos de 3€. El apartamento muy bien equipado.

El apartamento excelente pero el resto del edificio estaba fatal, súper mal cuidado, pero bueno era solo para entrar y salir. Había algún que otro pelo largo en el sofá cama y alguna toalla con manchas, pero había toallas de sobra.

Posizione comodissima per i mezzi pubblici (linee 70 e 78 fermata proprio davanti al portone) per visitare il centro. Appartamento dotato di tutto ciò che serve per qualche giorno di soggiorno in 4. Host molto disponibile con comunicazione continua e chiara.

Appartamento non pulitissimo e con qualche manutenzione da fare, ma comunque accettabile.
