Building site at front & worked started at 7am. Apartment above a night club, so noise till late. Wouldn't recommend to people my age(50+).

Property was very cozy and right in the buzzing centre of the city

There was nothing to dislike

The host was lovely, the room is quite big and in a fantastic location. All facilities were well maintained and the washing machine was a bonus. Current works on a hotel in front of the building, so there are construction works starting early, but we were provided with earplugs, which helped significantly.

It is an area close to bars, so at times can get noisy. But ear plugs do the trick!

Close to everything and v convenient to the metro. We caught the bus from the airport, they are frequent and dropped us off 5 minutes walk away. Internet speed was great at 150 Gbps download. Various small supermarkets in the area. We had a couple of small issues on arrival which were fixed promptly. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is nicely decorated. The washing machine is easy to use and did a great job.

As mentioned previously there is serious construction outside the balcony, with noise and dust, meaning we couldn’t use it at all. Plus, noise from the street (it is the middle of the city and lots of bars and restaurants) into the small hours, but the a/c meant we could keep the door shut and sleep well.

It was difficult to find the entrance , which is not on the street, but in a laneway. Construction noise will be an issue until 2025. Noisy party goers were more of a problem.

Very sunny indeed. The place had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay including coffee capsules. Large windows but with good blinds that blocked any light.

Only this external factor that there is a big construction happening in front of the building. It was not very bothersome for me but could be for very light sleepers. Once they started at 8am.

A nice cosy feel with good cooking facilities. Felt very homely. Host is very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing that can be controlled, but there is a construction site next door that starts around 7:30am. Doesn't operate at night so wasn't a major problem for us.
