For check-ins after midnight, the additional fee will be €30, subject to availability. The parking is limited to cars under 1.80 meters in height to avoid misunderstandings. Any normal car fits without a problem, but tall cars and vans do not. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Great location but cold in winter"

Excellent location, good price, parking in a secure garage. Helpful instructions to get there. Host was responding to our essages even in late evening.

It was very cold for us (February) and we hardly slept during the night because of a heating issue. There are two heaters (one in each room), but since they are not open when we arrive, it's very long to heat these two rooms (hours). The more, the electric breaker was all the time triping when the heaters were working. We had to put them very low (and even close the tv), so it stops triping and we had to close the door so the rooms stay warm. So the rest of the apartment, bathroom and kitchen, was hardly usable because it was still cold. There is definitly a need to change the electric panel for a more powerful one at this place (or to heat the apartment before the guest arrive).
