We liked the location because it’s in the centre and very close to many attractions

Only 1 towel was given and we had 3 nights We called and they told us that their coming the day after but no one came . Room is not like picture , No heater and the cold in the room it’s too much

The location is truly excellent - very central, within walking distance to St Stephen's Cathedral and the Ferris Wheel as well as a lot of convenient amenities. The room was very spacious, the wifi was great and we had all the basic facilites one would expect, bar a few exceptions that can definitely be improved.

Rather than what we didn't like, this is what could be improved: 1. There was a dreadful smell from the shower drain which seemed to get stronger in the evening and at night 2. A dishcloth would be useful 3. The towels provided definitely need replacing 4. The toilet seat was broken (apparently, the replacement hadbeen ordered but not arrived yet) 5. The radiators and the heated towel rail did not work at all (so you have no choice but to use the AC) 6. Better info re the TV (it is a smart TV but has no programmed cable or sat channels, so prepare to use your Netflix or Youtube accounts if you want to watch anything) 7. Not sure what is located underneath the rear side of the building, but it got very noisy on the street in the evenings and throughout most of the night (we were there on a weekend)

I did like the location and also the comfortable bed.

It was cold there, the heating was not working than we had to use the AC to heat up the room, but it was still cold. The bathroom was not the cleanest, and it also needs a reconstruction in my opinion.

Sehr laut, WC Deckel lose aufgelegt

Sentrumsnært og kort vei til det meste.

Ekstremt dårlig renhold. Spesielt på badene. Dette gjaldt for alle 3 rommene vi hadde booket. Håndklene var gamle og slitte. Disse skulle vært skiftet ut for lenge siden.

Помешкання знаходиться в центрі міста що є чудовим розміщенням. Підʼїзд чистий та затишний

За кондиціонер потрібно доплачувати додатково. В квартирі було жахливо холодно. Сушка для полотенець була холодною та не виконала свої функції. Рушники для душу були з плямами після білизни. У душі було багато плісняви.

Die Lage war super! Gut erreichbar

La ubicación era muy céntrica

El cuarto olía mal, aparte de la limpieza era muy simple, aún encontré cabello por todos lados, los trates sucios y encontré pedazos de vidrios en el lugar.
