El anfitrión. La ubicación. Estupendo para gente joven que no se fija en los detalles y todo les parece bien.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento, es una casa antigua y precisa más cuidados.

We really liked the apartment and its very kind owner. The landlord was waiting for us at arrival, showed us around and handed over the two set of keys. The apartment is really big, fully equipped with everything we needed and even had air conditioner in it. The location is very central, walking distance to all main attractions and there are a lot of good restaurants, bars, coffee shops and even a good jazz club nearby. From the airport we bought the 10 ticket book (450HUF/ticket) what you can use for travelling on trams, buses and tube at Budapest anywhere. Used bus 200E from the airport to Kobanya Kispest, than hopped on the tube to Nyugati Station. The apartment is a few minutes walk from there. You have to use separate tickets on the bus and the tube so 2 tickets per person to get from the airport to the apartment. You need to validate the tickets before travel. Velmi vstřícný a pečlivý pan ubytovatel. Byt je dokonale čistý. Luxusní poloha v centru města. Nepřeberné množství obchodů, restaurací a památek v okolí.

Je pochopitelně potřeba počítat s tím, co obnáší centrální poloha. Obtížné parkování, ruch z ulice. Byt je ve starší zástavbě v 5. patře. Cesta výtahem je poměrně dobrodružná, výhledy z balkonu i pavlače velmi vzdušné. Nevhodné pro lidi trpící závratí.

El señor Laszlo ha sido muy amable todo el tiempo, hemos tenido un problema con la lavadora y ha venido inmediatamente a solucionarlo. El piso era bastante grande con todo lo necesario para 5 personas, con dos baños es un punto importante. Equipado para cocinar lo basico y con todas las necesidades. La ubicación es excelente y en relación calidad-precio me parece genial.

La ducha es un poco pequeña para mi familia.
