Bien situado, cómodo, todo más o menos nuevo. Éramos 3 amigos y estuvimos muy cómodos. El personal muy atento. Tuvimos un problema con el aire y vía mail nos lo solucionaron en un momento.

The apartment itself was very nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful!! They even let us leave the luggage at their office :)

Their was a horrible smell coming from the toilet and bathroom drains - it was in every room of the apartment and we could not get rid of it :((

Virtuvē bija viss nepieciešamais, eļļa, sāls ,tēja, garsšvielas. Pat kafijas aparats.

Toilet didn’t smell good. No tualetes naca smaka. Ienakot apartamentos jutama jociga smaka- cigaretes sajaujuma ar mitrumu. Leja celtnieki remonteja iekšpagalmu, kas trauceja gulet. Maja veca, remonts it ka uzfeisinats bet tads ne paraka kvalitativs.

Location: Walking distance to the most of the popular locations. The rooms were clean. Heating was enough in the rooms. Bed was comfortable

Unfortunately we did not like the toilet. It was so cold (no heating) , too small and there was always a bad smell. Even if the toilet cover was closed, water splashed when flushed. This one was definitely disgusting. ( Flushing system was old fashioned). All of these were not proper for us with small children. Additionally, I can suggest you to request the photos of the toilet before booking.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, location was great. They were helpful and attentive. Great place to stay.

Great location. Comfy beds and lounges. Good communication. Good heating. Spacious lounge area.

Shower was hopeless with no proper wall fitting. Had to use it as a handheld shower and was impossible to stop water going everywhere. Heated towel rail shown in photos is no longer there - just the fittings left on the wall. We always look for accom with one of these so we can dry our washing more easily. One side of the bed is against the wall, so not so good for a couple who need to get up during the night. The shelf on one side of the bed is also missing compared to the photos. Photos in general need updating as certain furniture and fittings, such as those already mentioned, are no longer there. In the photos, the property looks amazing but in reality, it’s tired. Disappointing that there’s wine and fruit shown in the photos and wine mentioned by previous guests, but none for our stay :( Always a nice welcoming touch when you arrive and particularly when shown in pics. Unfortunately, during our stay one of the apartments opposite us was being renovated which included the use of tools such as the chainsaw, compactor, angle grinder, hammers etc. Works would start every morning about 7 am and on one particular day went to almost 6 o’clock in the evening. Obviously, this is not the apartment owners fault, but really not something you want to be having to listen to when you’re trying to have a nice relaxing holiday.

Amazing location, staff at Budapest agency were fantastic, birthday card and wine a really lovely touch, that is attention to detail and excellent customer service. check in/ departure so easy. Definitely will be returning.
