The location was great. And the staff was reachable and nice.

Facilities were old and not maintained. Toilet seat broke, the washing machine didn’t work. The elementary detergents they provided didn’t fit. We were 4 people for 3 nights - received only 3 toilet paper and one tab for the dishwasher. They didn’t provide more as they answered we should buy it ourselves. The first time for us and we are traveling quite a lot. Walls were dirty, no way to shade properly the windows. And no option at all to open windows and ventilate the room. The bed for our two children was really small and they kept falling or bumped in to one another. Doesn’t fit for two really. Overall, ok for couple or couple with one tops to our opinion and the location great. But for us both worth the price.

Great value for money brilliant location,very central.

The major problem was that the apartment was on the 6th floor,and the lift was broken, and apparently has been for some weeks according to residents. So if you have heavy luggage,or a dodgy knee...beware.

presence of cockroaches no blinds on some windows

It was very close to tourist areas, cafes and public transportation.

It could have been a little bit more cleaner.
