Amazing apartment 😍

Super nice location, street view, room was ready 3h before check in time witch helped us a lot.

Dirty sheets and when I say dirty i mean it. Dont know if they forgot to change them but it was a big suprise seeing something like that. Wifi didnt work 90% of the time.

Location

The main negative thing of the apartment is the feeling of unsafe. The front door is very thin, similar to a bathroom door, with frosted glass windows and no bars – which doesn’t provide any real sense of safety. In the kitchen, there are two additional doors that open directly into the building’s hallway, and from the outside, it’s easy to see everything going on inside the kitchen through the windows. Additionally, communication with the host was not pleasant. Basic information like the Wi-Fi password or where to find it was not provided. When I was asked to send a photo of the router and apparently sent the wrong one, I simply asked for the password and was met with a condescending response along the lines of “all previous guests managed to find it, we don’t understand how you can’t.” This left a bad impression of the overall experience. I reached out twice, including on the day of my flight, to ask for directions and where I would receive the key, since I was arriving in Budapest and would not have Wi-Fi. I didn’t receive any response until I found a place with Wi-Fi and was able to send a message via WhatsApp.

The apartment we stayed in was in a very central location. We were able to easily reach many historical sites and vibrant parts of the city on foot. The apartment was spacious and airy, and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. In particular, it had a lovely kitchen that was both charming and well-equipped to meet all our needs. We had no issues with heating or hot water, and the internet connection was exceptionally fast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Budapest.

The entrance to the building was not well-maintained, but considering the age of the property, this is an understandable situation.

Spacious apartment centrally located but very dirty.

Communication with the owner of the apartment was very poor. I received the first message from her a few hours before check-in after I had sent three messages that remained unanswered. The apartment was very dirty. Dried grease stains in the kitchen and stains on the sofa and armchair. The stain on the armchair is from 2022. I found the picture with the same stain in another review on booking. The following pictures will show more concretely how dirty and unkempt the apartment is.
