"Hangulatos, otthonos megoldás"

Nagyon otthonos, kuckózós volt a szoba, szívesen elmenekülnék ide akár gyerekek nélkül is a párommal. Illetve abszolút elképzelhető, hogy gyerekekkel is mivel elegendő a hely 2 felnőtt + 2 gyerek részre is.

Hideg volt egy kicsit, de ezt tudtuk orvosolni

"Cozy apartment for a family"

The apartment is big enough for 4 persons, the Kitchen is well equipped. In general is a nice place to stay and the free parking is a very big advantage for Budapest.

Nice apartment, well equipped Close to lidl Comfortable beds

Very small bathroom, not enough place The owner does.not speak english We came for Sziget, it was very far from Obuda and it took 90minutes approx to come back.to apartment( so I do.not recommend for.festival)

V bytě nechybí nic, co potřebujete pro bezproblémový pobyt. Byt je čistý, v kuchyni najdete vše, co potřbujete k vaření, nikde nechybí základní potřeby (např.fén, deštníky, hry pro děti). Výborná je lokalita - klid, parkování bez problému zdarma před domem, Lidl a Spar 5 minut chůze od domu, na metro do centra cca 15 minut chůze. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni.

Byt je funkční, ale zasloužil by si drobnou modernizaci , ostatně to celý dům (samozřejmě proto je asi cena tak příznivá). Pozor na sousedku, přez zeď je pravděpodobně slyšet hlasitější hovor a přišla nám dost nevybíravým způsobem vynadat.
