Brand new apartment in the center

The apartment was clean and good value for its price. Functioning bathroom without any problem. Rolling shutter is electric, works well.

The check-out time is 11:00, though the host was already waiting __in front of the door__ earlier than that, seemingly with the next guest and with its luggage, then he tried to come in through the locked door at 10:50. This is not acceptable by any means. I gave 8 points though, because except this flaw everything was fine, so hopefully this issue can be improved in the future.

The appartment was very clean and with all what you need for a Perfect stay, the views are amazing which is a plus.Also the location is Perfect as It is close to everything and you can pretty much walk everywhere from the location. We have to say that the owner of the appartment was very kind and flexible which was really great.

If i have to say something i didnt like was the noise from the street, we could Heard everything buy thats just a personal preference.

The location of the apartment is superb: very central for exploring the Pest side of the city on foot in all directions, plus one additionally has the bus, tram & metro stops practically on the doorstep of the property. Loads of restaurants, coffee shops, takeaways, supermarkets & ATMs in the immediate vicinity (and also perfect for getting a wildly popular Smashy house cheeseburger in the pedestrian area across the road). Excellent communication with the host, Steve, who’s extremely responsive, polite and accommodating. Clear instructions provided as to how to access the secure building and the 1st-floor apartment (staircase & elevator available). The apartment is exactly as per the advertise pictures, and is very clean, spacious & comfortable, with everything one could need during a home-away-from-home stay. Great walk-in shower with excellent water pressure & temperature. Wi-Fi was fast & reliable and ample wall plugs located all around the apartment. I would definitely stay here again, which is a great value-for-money accommodation option.

Consider leaving a welcome bottle of water or at least providing information on whether the tap water is drinkable.

The apartments are good. Cleanliness, order, location. The apartments are equipped with everything you need.

It would be nice to do some repairs in the kitchen. The table is not fixed well. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Beautifully decorated and laid out, everything you’d ever need is there and ready, perfect location, and the host was incredibly helpful!
