Szimpla Exclusive apartment

This was a complete scam – Booking.com must remove this listing We booked this apartment but were never given a proper address — just the street name, with no building or flat number. When we arrived, we tried calling the host multiple times. He hung up on us repeatedly. After over two hours waiting outside with our family, he finally answered and said: “Which apartment are you talking about? I don’t have any apartment to let.” Then he hung up again. This was clearly a scam. I don’t understand how this listing even has positive reviews, or why it’s still active on Booking.com. I contacted customer service, and even though they acknowledged that it was a scam, they only refunded 50% as a voucher, not the full amount I paid. Booking.com must take proper responsibility and remove this fraudulent listing to prevent others from going through the same experience.

There was no Internet on the property, not beads are crappie, broken kitchen tap

Jedná se o velmi zajímavou lokalitu v centru. Ložnice jsou situovány tak, že v nich není slyšet hluk z protějšího baru, přitom jste v centru dění. Celý apartmán je prostorný a pěkně zařízený a dobře vybavený.

Problém byl s přístupem, nebylo jasně řečeno, jak se dostaneme ke klíči, ale na zavolání byl ubytovatel k dispozici a problém objasnil. Další problém bylo získat fakturu. Také byl problém s otevřením okna.

Spacious and comfortable, with air-condition, has all you need.

It is in the very center, maybe at the most busy spot for 20 year-olds, from 11pm-3am. If you sleep at the living room, you will definitely hear drunk people shouting till 3am, while queuing to enter Szimpla Kert (which is well worth visiting for a couple of beers in the afternoon or early evening…

Great location, many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Kitchen was quite well equipped. Apartment was clean.

Some things were not in order and you could feel the place is a bit worn out.

The location is excellent, and the kitchen is well equipped. The landlord is very friendly and responsive.

The whole apartment could do with a refurbishment - the bathroom was leaking, the kitchen window is broken, and the bed is worn down. The shower broke in the middle of my shower - couldn't use it until the plumber came to fix it the next day.

I liked nothing.

Do not reserve thus stay! I booked it for 2 days and the owner said keys are in a safebox but when we got there the safebox was empty and owner did not respond at all. We were out 2 AM in the morning then next day the owner blocked us and did not reply at all.
