Pulizia di alcune stanze avrebbe potuto essere meglio in particolare l ingresso . La zona non offre servizi comodissimi tipo supermarket sotto casa ma basta organizzarsi

El alojamiento está muy céntrico y en un edificio muy tranquilo, a cinco minutos de paradas de metro, tranvía... y justo una paralela de una de las calles más comerciales de Budapest

Really nice place to stay. It’s quite big, it is even more spacious then on the photos. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Close to restaurants and shops. Perfect place to stay! I really recommend it

The location of the apartment is definitely its strongest point...it is very central which made getting around easy.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was not very pleasant due to several issues. We stayed for 5 nights. The first two days, the internet didn’t work at all. After several phone calls and messages someone finally came and fixed it. Communication with the hosts through the phone was difficult as they didn’t speak/understand English very well. The kitchen had a major safety issue: the oven switch was completely missing, and the only thing left was the internal metal. As a result, the oven had no temperature control and the only way to turn it off was to unplug the entire unit. This also meant that every time we wanted to use the stovetop, the oven would turn on as well. In the bedroom, there is a large window above the bed that doesn’t seal properly. It only wedges slightly into place, but even a small push can open it. This made us feel very unsafe, and we had to place objects in front of it to keep it from opening during the night. The listing also mentioned an iron, but there was none – just an empty box. We showed these and issues to the person who came to fix the internet. He took photos and said someone would bring us the missing items later that evening. No one ever came, and we received no update. For a 5 night stay for two people, we were given only three toilet paper rolls, which is unacceptable. There were also no extra towels. Each person had just one bath towel and one tiny face towel. After everything we already dealed with, we asked politely for two more sets of towels. Instead of accommodating us, the host said to us that the standard set is usually enough for shorter stays and that additional towels would be charged extra. In our opinion, the number of towels provided should match the length of the stay and given all the issues we experienced, they could have at least offered those for free. Behind the bedroom door, there was a sliding bolt which seemed like it could improve security.

Localisation was great. The staff was helpful.

We had a problem with the water boiler, which was repaired by the staff. However, the water was still luke warm and inconsistent. No chance for a hot shower! There also was mold on the bedroom ceiling, which made one of us allergic.
