Feel Different Apartment

The best thing about this property is definitely the location, if you want to be in the city centre and close to everyone I would highly recommend it. The place is a decent size and it has everything you need.

The place was a bit run down like they didn’t care that much but the price was very good. It is definitely for a young group of friends not for families or couples. 20 minutes before checkout the cleaner was waiting for us which I didn’t like because I felt rushed.

It's a good location and the restaurant downstairs has AMAZING italian food !

Before arriving we were sent a keybox code. When arrived around 1 am ( like we stated beforehand ) that code dien't work for the box. I had no number for the host so asked the driver who dropped us off at the location. Luckily he answered. I called host several times but no answer. At this point it's raining, cold ( 1.00 am in september ) and we can't get in. So needless to say we booked another accomodation. When we were at the other place I messaged her again stating we we were going to bed in a hotel. Some time later she sents me a different code, which we tried the next time. We got the box to open and spent the remainder of the nights ( 5 out of 6 ) in the appartment. There was no hot water, we let host know. She would sent someone but never saw anyone. The pictures do not conside with the current state of the app. The wallpaper is getting loose of the wall, the kitchen wall has greace drips and grime over it. Top layer of drawers are coming off. Ceiling is showing some fungus spots. Bathroom faucet was not clean, shower head was loose on the wall... On the upside the beds were comfortable and there were sufficient amounts of blankets and towels. It was nice having a washer for our clothes. I asked for restutution of the one night we didn't stay since host was unreachable and had given wrong codes. After some back and forth messaging with booking she stated that we did stay the first night, confitmed by cleaning service, wich are lies.

Все нам сподобалося, квартира чудова, чиста, сучасна, дітям сподобалося спати на другому поверсі. Магазин поруч, дуже гарне місто, вулиця.

Що нас не зрозуміло за що оштрафували, хоча наша машина стояла по середині та дві машини, яка стояла попереду та позаду були без квитанцій, а штраф виписали тільки нам. Можливо це якісь особисті причини😌

Location is good

Upon arrival we discovered that the code sent to us for the lock box to open the apartment door was the wrong one. It took over 2 hours and endless messages through booking.com,messanger and 20+ phone calls before the host finally answered and was very rude over the phone as if it was our fault the code was wrong. Eventually we got inside and the sofa had stains, some of the lights did not work, some of the cutlery was still sticky when we tried to use it. To make matters worse on our first morning we were rudely woken up when the host entered the apartment unannounced. We were a group of young men and have stayed in some poor accommodations but even we found this very poor. I would stay away

Месторасположение супер.уютный анутренний дворик. Ты а центре, но оочень тихо.

Не работал кондиционер подушки оочень старые. Невозможно спать.. грязно. Пылесос не работал.

Die Lage ist genial, es ist mitten in der Stadt. Und das Appartment geht zum Innenhof- ist also ziemlich ruhig. Zudem ist es groß- man kann da gut zu viert übernachten. Jedenfalls vom Platz her gesehen. Die Dusche hat funktioniert, es gab warmes Wasser, und ansonsten haben wir außer dem Wasserkocher nichts benutzt.

Es gibt zwei Betten- ein Doppelbett auf der Empore, das gut ist. Dann gibt es ein zweites Bett im Schlafzimmer unten, das uralt, durchgelegen und ganz sicher nicht milbenarm ist und ich bin eigentlich nicht empfindlich. Insgesamt ist es nicht sauber und sehr abgewohnt. Aber für den Preis eben auch okay. Wenn man nur das obere Bett braucht - empfehlenswert, benötigt man auch das untere - muss man hart im Nehmen sein.
